- 作者編制了一個常用字廣州話普通話語音對應表，包括聲母、韻母和聲調。通過對應表，師生可以利用已有的廣州話讀音知識，進行教與學的活動。對應表資料可幫助教師了解廣東人學普通話時會發生的錯誤，也可以讓學生除了學普通話外，還可以進一步明白自己的母語。（關之英整理）
