- 作者指出近三十年來,中小學語文教材中的識字量有下降的趨勢。作者的建議是:一、要確保初中生識字3500個(包括「又音」)為最低指標;二、初中語文教材編寫者要了解自己與之配套的小學語文教材的生字量;三、有關部門再編一個「現代漢語次常用字表」及「現代漢語次次常用字表」,為初中以後的識字教學提供理論的依據;四、試驗「集中識字」。(關之英整理)
