- 此文探討行政措施對語文教學的損害。作者指出,教育署對教師的審核工作是審核其背景和審核其證書真假及等級,對於教師任教之科目是否其主修科目或擅長科目,則不過問,是故中文教師隊中龍少蛇多的現象一日比一日嚴重。而學校常迫使中文程度不好的老師也教中文。作者認為當務之急是設立客觀考核制度,通過考核制度來吸收本地及外地人才為教師,一來可以減少居港外地畢業生的積怨,二來可以淘汰不適宜任教師的本地大專畢業生,三來定期審核在職教師,優先將那些學識水平下降的教師送去復修,以作補救。(關之英整理)
