- 對粵港澳大灣區高校專利權(申請權)轉移、許可現狀及地域分布情況進行研究分析。粵港澳大灣區內高校的專利轉移、許可較為活躍,為區域經濟發展形成創新支撐,但與灣區內高校雄厚的研究實力以及灣區建設國際科技創新中心的需求還不相匹配。建議粵港澳大灣區提高高校的高價值專利產出,完善高校的專利轉化運用機制,營造良好的專利轉移、許可環境,充分利用灣區進一步優勢資源,為灣區新興產業發展提供創新源泉和動力。
