- 香港教育改革於2000年正式啟動，不經不覺已經超過十年，期間香港教育的發展有成有敗。當中教育官員和決策者一直較側重於教改的理念和方向，而前線教育工作者卻因教改而感到工作量徒增和受壓。為了回顧香港教育在新世紀的發展歷程，本文將整理十年來香港教育發展的主要事件，香港教育界對教育發展的評價，並借用學前教育學券的政策個案去反映民間的互動；期透過這篇文章的分析展現出官民對話對制定教育政策的重要，促進香港教育的未來發展。
