- 作者認為隨著社政治環境的轉變，香港學生應該對中國文化有所認識。作者針對現存的問題提出改善的方法：一、中小學課程中加入文化的成素；二、把文化課程獨立成科；三、重新編訂一組完善的中小學文化科的系統課程。配合課程特點的教學策略：一、安排單元教學；二、結合語文能力的文化教學活動；三、把文化問題與日常生活和社會現況掛勾；四、組織課堂活動。（何文勝整理）
