- 中國政府的教育目標,在立國初期,從掃盲開始,到現在朝向優質,經歷了很多改革。為了達到優質教育的目標,近年來,內地的教育工作者不斷的進行教學研究,嘗試不同形式的教學方法,來提升學生的學習興趣和能力,達到教學的目標。從量化到質化的過程中,內地的教育工作者,除了重視學生的個別差異,改進教學法外,也對成績不理想的學生作出特別的照顧。近年來,「培優扶差」,成了老師們的口號。香港港在一九八二年推行了輔導教學,其目的在於「扶差」。「輔導教學」在香港推行了十七年,其成效如何呢?在輔導教學的方法上有何改進呢?這都是值得我們探討的問題。國內的異步教學,其功能與本港的輔導教學相類似,本研究試從異步教學開始,對本港中學中國語文科的導教學作出探討,以期改進本港中學中國語文科輔導的教學,達到輔導教學的目的—幫助學生克服學習中國語文時所遭遇的困難和提升輔導教學的方法。[Copyright © 2000 香港教育署輔導視學處中文組]
