- 文章首先提出一個理解公民教育內容的普遍架構,然後,分析香港公民教育的特殊情況,接著再探討非殖民化以後的公民教育 - 未來公民教育的內容及形式。作者從民族與國家教育、公民權責教育及兩者之間辨證關係的教育三方面來分析內容,藉此探討九七以後香港學校公民教育的發展。
