- 作者就數年教學觀察所得，發覺學生的閱讀範圍十分狹窄，只喜歡讀某一類別的書而不讀其他類別的作品，而學生長期閱讀某類讀物，該類讀物的特色便影響了學生的寫作手法，他認為就學生的寫作表現來看，通俗文學和正統文學的讀者是優劣互見的。（馮吳淑瑩整理）
