This article reports on a study that investigated primary-school English-language teachers' use of digital technologies in their in-person classrooms after a period of online teaching necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic. It also explored the perceived effects the period of online teaching had on the teachers' practices. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with sixteen experienced Hong Kong primary-school English-language teachers approximately one year after they returned to in-person teaching. The findings suggest that the period of online teaching has led to a greater utilization of technology for teaching. In addition, they suggest digital technologies are now embedded in teachers' regular teaching practices, with the digital technologies adopted primarily those that enhance existing practices. Common digital technologies include: (1) learning management systems; (2) digital noticeboards; (3) interactive digital worksheets and quizzes; and (4) interactive presentation software. The purpose of this study is to make a comparison between training culture in the perspective of digital technology and the approach of middle and upper volleyball coaches in Hong Kong and Indonesia to get reflection or feedback, as well as recommendations from the research results obtained for improvement. The quality of coaches in both countries. Comparative study research method with a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis used t test, or different test. The sample used in this study is a purposive sample from the two countries with the subject being a volleyball coach who practices at high school or equivalent. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the average differences in respondents' answers regarding the use of digital technology and training culture and training style between the two countries. The higher the average, the better the culture and style of training in a country. Data normality analysis with Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Homogeneity with Lavene's Test. The research subjects were 85 high school volleyball extracurricular coaches in Indonesia, and 22 coaches from Hong Kong. The findings of the research results Sig.(2-tailed) value (0.038 < 0.05) there is a significant difference between the culture and coaching style of volleyball coaches in Indonesia and coaches in Hong Kong. There are significant differences between culture and coaching styles in the context of digital technology in volleyball practice in Indonesian and Hong Kong high schools. To support young children's learning during the coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, preschool educators in Hong Kong were required to teach with digital technologies. In this study, 1035 educators from 169 preschools reported their views and practices in an online survey, which we examined via multilevel mixed-response analysis and thematic analysis. More than half of the respondents (53%) expected future online teaching to continue, and only 11% of educators believed that parents would reject this form of delivery. Administrators and teaching assistants were more likely than teachers to expect online preschool teaching to continue in the future. In addition, respondents with existing online platform experience, who taught the upper levels of preschool, or incorporated specific teaching practices (eg, after the online lesson, they assessed children and assigned homework tasks), were more likely than others to expect online teaching in the future. Many of these respondents also reported (a) difficulty with engaging their children when online and (b) inadequate support from parents for learning activities, which reduced the respondents' perceived likelihood of future online teaching. Administrators and teaching assistants were more likely than teachers to believe that parents would accept online teaching in the future. Respondents who felt they had inadequate training to teach online, children in families with inadequate technical skills and parents who believed that online lessons harmed children's well-being, were less likely than others to believe that parents would accept online teaching in the future. These educators believed that online learning communities could connect parents and schools and foster interaction that could help align with educator's support for children's learning needs.
