- 除營利性私立學校外，津貼學校、直接資助學校和非營利性的私立學校的校董會均屬義務性質，嚴禁支取薪酬或其它物質報酬。香港津貼學校管治模式的改革重點在于重新調整政府、辦學團體、學校三者之間的權力、責任關系。改革後的管治模式加強了校董會在學校的重要性，提高了成為校董資質的要求及進入校董會的透明度。[Copyright © 2005 上海市教育科學研究所.]
